-Can it be discharged using a gear pump at 20°C under vacuum conditions (-0.08 MPa)? The pressure is at atmospheric level after the pump; please give some advice.

First of all, the poster mentioned that the toluene and ethanol at the outlet of the gear pump are at atmospheric pressure, meaning they are in contact with the atmosphere; the poster intends to empty these two substances, which is extremely dangerous!
