Bag filters cannot filter clay

The single-bag filter used to filter hydraulic oil with a small amount of clay caused the pressure to rise rapidly – it reached around 0.5 in just a few seconds – making it impossible to use the system properly
Either use it after passing it through a filter bag first, or replace it with a filter bag having larger pores. I don’t know if it will damage the machine
Try using clay with a smaller mesh size. Also, considering that white clay is weakly alkaline, if the entire medium becomes alkaline, filtration becomes difficult.
The filter bags have been chosen to be 75 microns in size, and a smaller pressure pump has been used, but it still doesn’t work. It only takes a few seconds for the pressure to rise from 0 to 0.6, and there are almost no impurities inside the filter when it is opened. I tested it with a test strip, and the oil was neutral. Let’s try using white clay today. Also, is there gum in the oil, and how can it be identified? Can adding diatomite absorb it completely?
There was no pressure when the diatomaceous earth-precoated filter was used; then, when filtering the hydraulic oil containing clay, the pressure did not exceed 50 kPa, but it rose to 0.6 afterward, and in the end, nothing could be filtered at all
The oil isn’t too dirty; it’s just that it can’t be filtered out
