form and position tolerances

Update: The base is welded together from channel steel. What is an appropriate tolerance for the parallelism of the lower and upper surfaces? Which other parts require specification of behavioral tolerances? Thank you
Send the drawings to take a look. I guess it’s not necessarily necessary to label it. It should be the parallelism of the upper and lower surfaces, as well as the positional accuracy of the bolt holes.
