Conveyor idlers are components commonly used to support the conveyor belt of belt conveyors as well as the loads on that belt; they are driven by the conveyor belt and consist of cylindrical parts with a very uniform diameter. The idler roller for conveyor accessories features a hollow cylindrical steel hole in the center of its wheel shape, which is used to connect to the bearings on the conveyor equipment. The machining accuracy of conveyor idler accessories mainly refers to the concentricity of the housing and the inner holes at both ends of the idler, as well as the machining accuracy of the axial dimensions of each component.
