There are many different lengths available for conical rollers; naturally, different widths of goods require different rollers, and the choice is made based on specific circumstances. 2. There are many materials available for cone drums, such as carbon steel cone drums and stainless steel cone drums. Depending on the conveying environment, the surface treatment methods vary; these can include galvanized cone drums or coated cone drums, depending on the specific circumstances. Another important factor is the selection of wall thickness and shaft diameter. To determine the conical drum, it is necessary to distribute the weight of the material being transported evenly across the conical drums in contact with it, and then calculate the average load-bearing capacity through specific formulas. 3. Spring-pressed conical rollers, internal tooth shaft-type conical rollers, fully flat tenon-type conical rollers, and through-shaft pin-hole type conical rollers are its basic installation methods. The choice of installation method to be used during operation depends on specific requirements; the appropriate method should be selected based on dimensions and radius.
