Faults of EJA pressure transmitters and troubleshooting methods: 1. The transmitter cannot communicate. ① Check the power voltage on the transmitter (it should be at least 10.5VDC). ②Check the load resistance (less than 250Ω). ③Replace the electronic circuit board. 3. The mA reading is too high or too low. ① Check the reading of the pressure variable. ②Adjust the 4–20mA output. ③Replace the electronic circuit board. 4. No response to input pressure: ① Check the power voltage of the transmitter. ②Check the testing equipment. ③ Calibrate the set values (4 and 20mA points). ④ Replace the electronic circuit board. ⑤Replace the membrane head. 5. The pressure variable reading is too low or too high. ① Check for any blockages in the pressure transmission. ② Check the testing equipment. ③ Adjust the sensor. ④ Replace the membrane tip. 6. The pressure variable readings are irregular. ① Check for any blockages in the pressure transmission. ② Check the damping time setting. ③Check for electromotive force interference. ④ Replace the membrane tip.
