With the continuous innovation and development of intelligent technology in our country, the way enterprises produce has also undergone significant changes, shifting from traditional manufacturing models that relied on manual labor throughout the production process to intelligent, automated production methods that gradually use automated equipment to replace human labor. I. Automated production lines have evolved on the basis of the continuous improvement of specialized automated machines. An automated special machine is a single automated device that can only perform one specific task in the product manufacturing process, offering limited functionality. After a certain processing step is completed, the finished semi-finished product must be manually transferred to other specialized machines in order to proceed with the next stage of production. Completing the entire production process requires the use of specialized machines with various functions, as well as human labor; this not only reduces the efficiency of space utilization but also increases the need for production staff and equipment, thereby raising production costs and hindering improvements in product efficiency and quality. If a series of different automated machines required for product production are arranged in the order of the production processes, all of these machines can be connected through an automated conveying system, thereby eliminating the need for manual intervention between them. The product production process involves a dedicated machine performing the respective processing steps; once these steps are completed, the finished products along with information on the production process are automatically transferred via a conveyor system to the next dedicated machine, which then proceeds with further processing steps, until all steps have been completed. This not only reduces the human and material resources required for the entire production process, but also **shortens the production cycle, improves production efficiency, reduces production costs, and ensures product quality**. This is the background behind automated production lines. II. An automated production line is an electromechanical integrated system that operates automatically, evolving gradually from the functions of assembly lines and specialized automated machines. It connects various automated specialized machines together through an automated conveying system and other auxiliary devices, following a specific production process. By utilizing pneumatic, hydraulic, electric motor, sensor, and electrical control systems, it enables all the components to operate in coordination, allowing the entire system to function automatically according to predetermined procedures and to produce, in a continuous and stable manner, specific products that meet technical requirements. Such an automatically operating mechatronic system is called an automated production line. III. The development of enterprises in sectors such as mechanical equipment, electronics manufacturing, petrochemicals, light industry and textiles, food service, pharmaceuticals, military manufacturing, and the automotive industry all relies on the leadership and support of automated production lines; automated production lines are the lifeblood of modern industry.
