The main purpose of the conveyor bottle divider is to split the products coming out of high-speed equipment such as fillers and labelers into two streams, directing them into two separate production conveyance queues. A barrier is placed between these streams to ensure that the items being transported can smoothly proceed to the next machine that requires them to be separated, such as a paper packaging machine or a plastic packaging machine. Paper wrapping machines or plastic wrapping machines generally require three to four columns, or even more, to feed materials into the machine; therefore, a corresponding secondary distribution device is needed behind the bottle distributor.
