When selecting materials, cost-effectiveness must be considered. It’s better to endure a short-term hardship than to suffer long-term troubles. It’s preferable to opt for materials that require a higher initial investment but have low maintenance costs later on, rather than choosing materials that are cheap at first but need to be replaced frequently. The latter not only incur high maintenance expenses, but also disrupt production—sometimes even necessitating a temporary shutdown of operations! Such costs are simply unacceptable.

It’s best to list all the conditions at once. Don’t provide one condition after another, forcing others to “squeeze” them out one by one—like squeezing toothpaste from a tube. In such cases, even those willing to help may lose patience during the process.
When considering cost-effectiveness for ordinary containers and heat exchangers, as recommended in #3, silicon carbide material should be chosen. If money is not a concern, for the heat exchangers and reaction vessels under the conditions specified by the poster, tantalum material should be used.
