The RPA and GF types of solvent-based thin-layer rust preventive oils have been used in production by many fastener manufacturers through various manufacturing processes. They have proven to offer excellent rust prevention properties for fastener products. Moreover, they are easy to apply, have a light color, exhibit low solvent evaporation, and require less usage – less than one-third of that needed for thick-layer rust preventive oils. As a result, they help save more than two-thirds of the production costs. HH932 dehydrating anti-rust oil ensures no rust formation for ten months ； JN-2 rust preventive oil is primarily used for treating fasteners after they turn black at room temperature. Thin-layer rust preventive oil can be used for rust prevention in indoor processing areas, as well as for rust prevention during packaging and storage.
