Is the slurry compound fertilizer compliant with the HG/T5047-2016 standard?

We currently produce sulfur-based compound fertilizers using the spraying method. Is the existing standard HG/T5047-2016, which specifies the energy consumption limits and calculation methods for compound fertilizers per unit of product, applicable to sulfur-based compound fertilizers produced by this method? If it is applicable, then adhering to this standard would result in the energy consumption exceeding the set limits. How do you guys handle this situation?
The steam consumption of high-tower nitro compound fertilizers and urea-based compound fertilizers differs significantly, so it is unreasonable to establish a single standard.
