This phenomenon you mentioned has also occurred in our factory; the issue lies in the fact that the gas purified in the front purification chamber does not meet the required standards (the decarburization process is not effective), and the concentration of certain substances in this gas is too high. When this gas enters the turbine, it forms large amounts of white ammonium bicarbonate powder, which gradually clogs the impellers and reduces the turbine’s capacity to produce air. In the end, an emergency stop was forced. Gases can also enter the evaporator, condenser tower crystallization pipes, and equipment. It is necessary to stop the machine and carry out steaming.
