On January 30, a ship carrying 45,000 tons of urea, exported by Zhengyuan Hydrogen Energy to Pakistan, set sail successfully from Huanghua Port in Cangzhou. All along, Zhengyuan Hydrogen Energy has been committed to upholding the core value of \"Value Creates Success for You and Me\" in order to enhance the company’s competitive strength. To date, it has established three foreign trade shipping routes, which have opened up new channels for Zhengyuan’s urea products to reach international markets. With the maiden voyage of this freight ship, a successful start was achieved for the export of urea in 2022. Planning in advance ensures stable production. The Zhengyuan Hydrogen Energy bulk fertilizer warehouse can store 30,000 tons of urea, and to ensure that it is delivered on time and in the required quantities, the production facilities operate at full capacity. To ensure the stable operation of the equipment, Zhengyuan Hydrogen Energy takes proactive measures and implements thorough process management. It pays close attention to aspects such as interlock alarms, process parameters, and anti-freezing measures. Through pre-shift and post-shift meetings, employees are organized to discuss these process parameters, and these parameters are carefully analyzed and adjusted according to the production processes, thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system. Go all out to improve loading efficiency. To boost loading efficiency, on-site operators work overtime to ensure that food is delivered on time, enabling a rotation between humans and machines. Maintenance workers should increase inspections and carry out regular maintenance to ensure the proper operation of the machinery. Using 80 containers modified by the company itself, bulk urea can be directly loaded into these containers and transported to the port for shipment on ships. This approach saves on labor costs as well as loading expenses, while also improving loading efficiency; it enables a loading capacity of 8,000–10,000 tons per day.
