I would like to ask the experts: what are the regulations and standards regarding the number of skilled workers required for the initial commissioning of an ammonia synthesis plant?
There are also requirements for this. In our factory, everyone has been working there for 12 years; they were all trained by ourselves. Only a few managers are long-time employees. With proper training, many problems can be solved. Even long-time employees who don’t understand new manufacturing processes are not as good as new employees, but experience is still necessary for long-time employees
It’s fine to have one or two skilled workers in each shift; the heating and reduction process for starting up ammonia synthesis takes longer. :)
Among those who drive, only the team leader is a veteran employee; everyone else are newcomers who were trained on their own
