To reduce costs, meet customer requirements, and improve the company’s efficiency, Zhengyuan Hydrogen Energy has purchased and installed a dust collector at the urea bulk material unloading port. The inlet of this dust collector is positioned directly above the unloading port to draw in air and remove dust; rubber sheets are used to create a sealing cover around the unloading port, ensuring a tight fit with the cargo truck’s compartment. This setup ensures complete sealing during the unloading process, reducing dust levels on site by over 90%.
