The exit temperature of the synthesis tower is between 200°C and 350°C, the pressure is less than 31.4 MPA, and the media involved are hydrogen and nitrogen, as well as gaseous ammonia. Use pipes made of 10MoWVNb or 12SiMoVNb material, in one direction
It’s also an exchanger at the outlet of the synthesis tower; due to severe leakage, two units of such exchangers were replaced quite early on. Are your heat exchangers also U-tube type?
