For the Beipo Zhengyuan urea production plant, evaporation is a very important part of the production process, and the control of this process is directly related to the quality of the urea products. Therefore, urea production often needs to be adjusted according to the steam consumption and production demands. To ensure the quality of urea products and deliver high-quality items to customers, technicians place great emphasis on strengthening communication and coordination with other relevant departments such as the control room, so as to be able to respond promptly and make timely adjustments when changes occur in the production system ； On the other hand, constant attention is also paid to controlling key parameters such as the vacuum level of the pre-evaporator and the temperature in the first evaporation stage; these parameters are monitored continuously, adjusted promptly, and kept under strict control. In particular, it is essential to prevent significant fluctuations in these process parameters when adjusting production levels, so as to avoid affecting the quality of the urea product. Strengthen equipment inspections to detect and address various issues promptly. The urea granulator is an important device that affects the particle size of urea products. During inspections, technicians increased the frequency of checks on the granulators and granulation nozzles, carrying out timely inspections and maintenance of the equipment’s operation. At the same time, they also strengthened the testing of the quality of urea products produced in the fluidized bed system; by conducting inspections along both the upper and lower routes of the granulation tower, they ensured the proper operation of the equipment and maintained uniform particle size in the urea products. Especially in snowy weather, when air humidity is high and steam pressure is low, technicians exercise strict control over various process parameters to ensure the proper operation of all equipment. They strive to reduce the moisture content in the urea product, prevent the urea particles from sticking together, and maintain an appropriate size and uniformity among the urea particles. Through coordinated communication among various parties, high-quality products can be ensured. To meet customer needs, Baipo Zhengyuan has recently started producing urea with improved efficiency in its urea production line. The production of efficiency-enhancing urea imposes new requirements on the work in the evaporation section. To ensure product quality, the technical staff repeatedly adjusted the dosage delivered by the zinc humic acid metering pump; through precise adjustments and close monitoring, they ensured that zinc humic acid was added in the correct amount. Additionally, they worked together with the technicians from the central laboratory to strengthen the monitoring of the quality of the synergistic urea product, strictly controlling various parameters such as color, particle size, moisture content, and biuret levels. In this way, the product quality of urea designed to enhance efficiency was ensured, ultimately satisfying the customers.
