Any failure to carry out tasks properly can prevent the commissioning process from proceeding. To ensure a smooth trial run, the project department, the Sixth Factory, and the construction unit fully demonstrated a spirit of hard work, collaborated closely without distinction between individuals, and worked overtime. On November 22, the turbine of the small ice machine started up successfully on the first attempt; on November 27, the turbine of the large ice machine also started up successfully on the first attempt. On December 3, the turbine of the methanol circulation compressor started up successfully on the first attempt, and on December 4, the turbine of the CO2 compressor started up successfully on the first attempt. On December 5, the turbine of the syngas compressor started up successfully on the first attempt. It took only 14 days from the successful startup of the first steam turbine to the successful startup of all five turbines. This seemingly impossible task was completed successfully thanks to the strong support of the company’s leadership and the round-the-clock efforts of all departments. The successful first start-up of the turbines in the five major units marks a new chapter in the construction of the key equipment for the Jiujiang project!
