In the Panjin area, methanol prices remained stable at 1,600 yuan per ton, with delivery against cash payment. In the Shenyang area, prices also stayed steady at 1,680 yuan per ton, also delivered against cash payment. The supply in these areas mainly comes from Inner Mongolia and Hebei. Currently, some companies in the southern region of Inner Mongolia are quoting 1,400–1,460 yuan per ton in cash for methanol, while those in the northern region sell it at 1,350–1,380 yuan per ton in cash; these companies have stopped selling methanol for now. The methanol market in Henan is operating steadily. The companies have not provided any quotes at the moment; the main manufacturers’ plants are shut down for maintenance. Quotations from suppliers remain stable, with prices in the Luoyang market around 1500 yuan per ton in cash terms, and transactions are mainly on a small scale. The prevailing transaction price in Linfen, Shanxi remains stable at 1,410–1,440 yuan per ton, ex-works in cash ； The offline price in the Changzhi area is 1,470 yuan per ton, ex-works in cash ； The prevailing transaction price in the Jincheng area has stabilized at 1,400 yuan per ton, ex-plant in cash ； There are no auctions scheduled in the Lüliang area today; the price specified in the previous contract will be applied ； The prevailing transaction price in Yuncheng area is 1,520 yuan per ton, ex-works in cash ； In the Datong region, the prevailing transaction price is up to 1,400 yuan per ton on a spot foreign exchange basis at the factory gate. Corporate shipments are average, with most orders being from prior contracts; freight costs have experienced some fluctuations recently. In the methanol market in southern Shandong, the prevailing price is 40 yuan/ton higher, at around 1540–1560 yuan/ton in cash terms; some deals can be negotiated. In Linyi, the price for locally sourced goods is around 1540 yuan/ton without invoices, while the price for goods delivered via logistics is around 1520 yuan/ton. Some downstream parties stocked up ahead of the Qingming Festival, keeping the market transaction atmosphere relatively positive for now. The market price of methanol in central Shandong remains stable at 1,450–1,630 yuan per ton ex-warehouse in cash; transactions are fairly steady, and overall market activity is moderate at present. In the Dongying area of Shandong, the negotiated price for methanol has risen by 10–20 yuan per ton, reaching 1530–1540 yuan per ton when delivered against cash. Transaction activity is relatively low; most parties are either fulfilling existing contracts or searching for suppliers. The methanol market in the Two Lakes region is operating steadily for now. Quotations from Hubei-based enterprises remain relatively stable. Corporate inventories have been staying at moderately high levels. The ex-works quotes stand at $1,630–$1,650 per tonne on a spot basis; the actual ex-works price is estimated at $1,580–$1,620 per tonne on a spot basis ； For negotiations in the Hunan market, a price of around 1,700–1,720 yuan per ton is considered appropriate, with small orders being the main type of transactions.
