The prevailing transaction price in Linfen, Shanxi has dropped by 30–70 yuan per ton, reaching 1,440–1,490 yuan per ton ex-works in cash ； The offline price in the Changzhi area is 1,700 yuan per ton, ex-works in cash ； The prevailing transaction prices in the Jincheng area have dropped by 50–60 yuan per ton, reaching 1,500–1,520 yuan per ton ex-works in cash ； There are no auctions available in the Lüliang area for now ； The prevailing transaction price in the Yuncheng area is 1,550 yuan per ton, ex-works in cash ； The prevailing transaction price in the Datong area is 1,640 yuan per ton, ex-works in cash. At the beginning of the week, a wait-and-see attitude prevails; some companies are fulfilling prior contracts, while attention is focused on the prices in the northwest region that will be announced in the afternoon. In the methanol market in central Shandong, the local delivery price has dropped to 1,650–1,720 yuan per ton in cash upon delivery; sales performance is poor, with most parties adopting a wait-and-see attitude.
