On February 21, Yihua Group held a strategic partnership discussion meeting with Chengdu Yuntu Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yuntu Holdings). Li Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the group, and Song Rui, President of Yuntu Holdings, attended the meeting. During the meeting, the two sides held in-depth discussions on all aspects. The two sides also had in-depth discussions on the cooperation plan for urea diammonium, matters related to fertilizer packaging bags, the sales models for compound fertilizers, as well as marketing and promotion strategies. Yihua Group has established more than 30 R&D centers and production facilities across the country, and it owns two listed companies: Hubei Yihua (000422.sz) and Shuanghuan Technology (000707.sz). The current main products and annual production capacities are as follows: 2.2 million tons of urea, 2.3 million tons of phosphate fertilizers, 1.1 million tons of ammonium chloride, 60,000 tons of pentaerythritol, 1.14 million tons of PVC, 1.1 million tons of soda ash, 870,000 tons of caustic soda, 3.6 million tons of phosphate rock, 1.7 million tons of crude salt, 20 million tons of raw coal, 20,000 tons of TMP, and 19,000 tons of base liquor. Yuntu Holdings: Chengdu Yuntu Holdings Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. It has five business divisions and 121 subsidiary companies, including 6 overseas subsidiaries located in the United States, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and other countries. The company boasts advantages in the entire value chain of coal mines, phosphate mines, salt mines, and pyrite mines, and is the developer of international and industry standards for water-soluble fertilizers. They held talks with Song Rui, the president of Yuntu Holdings, and attended a signing ceremony for the “Green Chemical Recycling Industrial Park Project”. “The “Green Chemical Recycling Industrial Park” project requires an investment of approximately 2.15 billion RMB in fixed assets, with completion planned within 3 years. Specifically, it includes 7 sub-projects: a project for producing 100,000 tons per year of battery-grade iron phosphate, a project for mineral processing with an annual output of 1 million tons, a project for producing 200,000 tons per year of wet phosphoric acid (equivalent to 100% P2O5), a project for producing 100,000 tons per year of refined phosphoric acid (85% H3PO4), a project for producing sulfuric acid from sulfur with an annual output of 800,000 tons, a project for producing slow-release and controlled-release compound fertilizers in quantities of 800,000 tons per year, and a project for the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum amounting to 1 million tons per year.
