At 6:20 p.m. on October 6, the installation of the final section of the wharf was completed for the four spans in the coal storage, transportation and gasification section of this major project in Jiujiang, thereby completing the entire coal wharf gasification section. Chen Min, assistant to the general manager of Jiujiang Company, Zhao Minxi, head of the safety team, Peng Honghua, head of the equipment team, Zhang Ke, head of the infrastructure team, and Wang Yanjun from Zhongda Supervision were all involved in overseeing the lifting operations at the pier throughout the process. Faced with objective challenges such as strong winds, limited space, great height, and large inclination angles, the project team and Henan Anjing carefully designed the process, carried out overall manufacturing and installation, thereby achieving safe and efficient lifting – laying a solid foundation for coal supply in gasification operations. Before the lifting operation, various units optimized resource allocation in advance, properly allocated mechanical equipment and labor force, and made thorough preparations. They also provided technical instructions and training to the on-site workers, which ensured the high-quality completion of the pier lifting task.
