It is reported that the Huaxia Yitong 1 million-ton compound fertilizer project utilizes world-leading space furnace coal gasification technology, as well as domestically advanced processes for gas purification, low-pressure synthesis, urea production via carbon dioxide stripping, nitric acid solution production, and the production of high-concentration compound fertilizers through high-tower melting and granulation. The overall project includes the construction of a plant capable of producing 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year, a urea plant with an output of 300,000 tons per year, a dilute nitric acid plant with an annual production capacity of 230,000 tons, and a phosgene solution plant with an annual output of 290,000 tons; the final product is 1 million tons of compound fertilizer. This project boasts advantages in terms of safety, environmental protection, and energy efficiency. The total investment in the project is around 2.3 billion yuan; upon completion, it will generate annual sales revenue of 2.5 billion yuan, with profits and taxes amounting to 300 million yuan, of which the tax revenue will be between 40 million yuan and 100 million yuan. Once the project is completed and put into operation, it will undoubtedly benefit the local area as well as surrounding cities and counties. The company will also establish an agrochemical service center to promote the practices of scientific fertilization and reduced fertilizer use, thereby providing sincere services to farmers and partner organizations. At the same time, this project is also a facility for producing basic industrial raw materials; it can supply high-quality products such as hydrogen, carbon monoxide, oxygen, argon, nitrogen, liquid ammonia, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, ** solutions, and urea used for vehicle denitrification, thereby providing high-quality raw materials for the introduction of other chemical-related projects in the park. “To date, we have largely completed the site grading, and construction of the office building is underway; the main structure is expected to be completed by early October. The preliminary design for the main plant area has been essentially completed; important equipment has been ordered, and the pilot pile work for the gasification unit has been finished.
