Shenhua Sales Group North China Company is the world’s largest coal supplier and is responsible for the North China region, while Shenhua Jiangsu Power Sales Company is a highly value-creating power sales company that integrates generation, distribution, and sales functions. Building on the long-standing and strong cooperative relationship between Heart-to-Heart and Shenhua Group, and through friendly consultations among the three parties, and against the backdrop of a new development pattern characterized by smooth circulation both domestically and internationally, with the goal of achieving mutual benefit and shared growth, strategic cooperation has been established in areas such as coal, electricity, and urea. The signing of this agreement marks the entry of Xinlianxin Group and Shenhua Group into a phase of comprehensive strategic cooperation. It expands the scope of their relationship from merely coal supply and sales cooperation to integrated cooperation in coal, electricity, and urea production, laying a solid foundation for long-term cooperation in areas such as coal and electricity at the Xinxiang and Jiujiang bases in the future.
