The methanol price in the Panjin area remains stable at 2,200 yuan per ton ex-factory, while in the Shenyang area it stays at 2,300 yuan per ton ex-factory. There are few transport vehicles available, which has led to rising freight costs; downstream buyers generally purchase based on their actual needs. There are no new prices in the methanol market in Qinghai at present. Due to gas supply restrictions during winter, the main gas-based production facilities in Qinghai are currently shut down for maintenance, with production expected to resume in late March 2021. The prevailing transaction price in Linfen, Shanxi region, has stabilized at 1,930–1970 yuan per ton, with payment made upon factory delivery ； The offline price in the Changzhi area is 2,100 yuan per ton, with payment made upon delivery at the factory ； The prevailing transaction price in the Jincheng area remains stable at 2,080 yuan per ton, payable upon factory delivery. The methanol market in Henan is operating in a stable state, with sluggish trading activity and only small-scale transactions taking place. The leading enterprises in Henan have not issued tenders for the time being; orders are fulfilled at a price of 2130–2140 yuan per ton ex-factory. Quotations from other enterprises remain stable, with a reference price of 2130–2160 yuan per ton ex-factory ； The reference price for the Luoyang market is 2,150 yuan per ton in cash upon delivery, applicable for small orders. The methanol market in the Two Lakes region is operating in a regulated manner. Some enterprises in Hubei have carried out price increases; the quotes from key enterprises remain stable, with the actual ex-factory price ranging between 2310–2350 yuan per ton, subject to bank transfer upon delivery ； Quotations in the Hunan market remain stable, at around 2460–2500 yuan per ton, ex-works and in cash; small orders can also be placed. In the Anhui region, the mainstream reference price for methanol has dropped by 10 yuan per ton, to between 2300–2320 yuan per ton at the factory gate under acceptance terms. Futures prices are fluctuating within a certain range, and market activity is moderate; manufacturing companies are primarily focused on selling their products. The methanol market in Fujian remains stable overall; the prevailing selling price among key suppliers in Quangang area is 2530–2540 yuan per ton, including taxes, at the time of delivery ； There are no active offers in the Xiamen area at present. Demand in the spot market is moderate, with limited transactions.
