The methanol price in the Shandong alliance has been raised by 100 yuan per ton, to 3,200 yuan per ton for cash payment at the factory. The plants with a capacity of 250,000+250,000+250,000 tons per year are operating at reduced capacity, resulting in a daily production of 280 tons. The price of methanol produced by Yizhou Technology is 3,200 yuan per ton, with payments made via bank transfer. A methanol production facility capable of processing 150,000 tons per year from coke oven gas was shut down last night for maintenance; the time when it will resume operation is uncertain.
