For this system startup, the Production Management Department developed in detail the \"Plan for Restoring Huayu Company’s Production System to 100% Capacity\" and the \"Network Diagram for Restoring Huayu Company’s Production System to 100% Capacity.\" For the methanol system to resume operation at full capacity, it took only 6 hours and 17 minutes from igniting the gasifier to completing the venting process at the low-methane outlet – a time reduction of 3 hours and 13 minutes compared to the estimated time. This speed achieved by Huayu was made possible thanks to the proactive planning and coordinated management of the production system by the Production Management Department’s dispatch center, the diligent efforts of the Safety and Environment Department in addressing various issues that arose during the startup process, the coordination work carried out by the Logistics Department, as well as the careful arrangements made by each production workshop. In response to the various unexpected problems that occurred with equipment, instruments, and the DCS system during this startup, everyone worked together to resolve these issues promptly, continuously optimizing the startup plans for each workshop, thereby making unremitting efforts to enable the company to resume high-capacity production as soon as possible. Since January 9, Huayu Company has successively overcome numerous challenges, including difficulties in selling products due to tightened pandemic control measures, highway closures caused by heavy snow, the ban on transporting hazardous materials on highways during the Spring Festival, and production restrictions related to the Winter Olympics. By working together and taking various measures, the company has ensured the continuous operation of its production systems. As the epidemic prevention and control situation in the surrounding areas stabilized, the company’s production strategies aimed at boosting sales and reducing inventory yielded positive results. Through active communication with the relevant departments, the company took advantage of the improvement in weather conditions on February 16th to initiate the operation of gasifiers models C and D, thus launching a full-scale effort to restore high-volume production for these four gasifiers and marking the beginning of a new era of progress in the new year.
