According to a report from Xinjiang Yihua in March 2026, the power station facility designed to support the production of 80,000 tons of melamine per year at Xinjiang Yihua was successfully commissioned recently. The system is currently running smoothly. The Xinjiang Yihua project, with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of melamine, involves the construction of a 1×770 tons/hour high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure coal powder boiler along with its supporting equipment. The second-phase project of Xinjiang Yihua for 80,000 tons of melamine involves the construction of one set of production facilities capable of producing 80,000 tons per year of melamine as well as systems for recovering waste gases; one backup gasification furnace with a capacity of 60,000 standard cubic meters per hour; and one boiler with a capacity of 770 tons per hour. Additionally, auxiliary facilities such as a circulating water station, a desalinated water station, a reclaimed water station, office buildings, plant substations, and cabinet rooms will be built as part of this project.
