On the evening of November 6, India issued a new round of tender notices for urea, with the bidding deadline set for November 14 and the submission deadline for proposals on November 21; the shipping date was scheduled for December 30. A report on November 7 indicated that the latest possible shipping date had been moved forward from December 30 to December 19, resulting in a shorter delivery time. On the supply side, some companies have reduced production for maintenance in recent times; the operating rate of domestic urea manufacturers has declined significantly, with the current operating rate at around 60%, resulting in a daily production volume of about 120,000 tons – the lowest level since 2019. On the demand side, weak domestic demand persists; yesterday, downstream enterprises in the Linyi area faced interruptions in gas supply and production due to environmental protection warnings, leading to another decline in market demand. Currently, there are no significant positive factors supporting the domestic market; it is expected that the domestic urea market will remain weak until the bidding process in India concludes. The main ex-factory price of urea in Shandong is 1,640–1,690 yuan. In Linyi, the purchase price of urea by compound fertilizer manufacturers is 1,690–1,700 yuan. In Hebei, the main ex-factory price of urea is 1,650–1,700 yuan, while in Henan it is 1,630–1,640 yuan. In Shanxi, the main ex-factory price of urea is 1,550 yuan, with large-grained urea costing 1,560 yuan. The standard ex-factory price of urea in Anhui is around 1680–1700 yuan, while in Jiangsu it is 1730 yuan. In Hubei, the standard ex-factory price lies between 1650–1700 yuan. In Liaoning, it is 1690–1740 yuan; in Heilongjiang, the price is 1720 yuan. In Shaanxi, the standard ex-factory price of urea is 1606 yuan.
