Jiangsu Jinkong Xinhengsheng initiates annual system maintenance

According to Jiangsu Jinkong Equipment Xinhengsheng, at 8 p.m. on April 8, 2026, the company’s annual system maintenance campaign officially began. During maintenance, to address the catalyst loss issue in Converter Unit 1#, a replenishment operation of 2.05 m3 of catalyst was carried out. The first phase of Jiangsu Jinmei Hengsheng’s relocation and technological upgrade project utilizes Shaohang Maiwei furnaces (2 units), Huashuo conversion units, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen washing, Casali ammonia synthesis, and Keyang sulfur recovery technologies, enabling an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 600,000 tons of urea, and 47,800 tons of concentrated sulfuric acid. Drive in April 2025.
