The owner enters into a design contract with the design institute; according to the unified design regulations, the design institute is required to prepare a project design commencement report. What is the content of this report? Can it be sent to the owner? Is it still an internal report of the design institute?

A project commencement report is a document prepared by the construction unit to describe the project’s start, and it includes details such as the project name, the name of the construction unit, the start and completion dates, as well as the scope of work. Signatures from the contractor, developer, supervisor, etc. are required. It is basically in tabular form, and will be submitted to the owner or the construction party as completion documents in the future. These forms are finally signed and stamped within a few days of the editing date. It’s very troublesome to sign it later.
