Sinochem Luxi Engineering Co., Ltd. was established on January 6, 2025. The founding ceremony of the company was successfully held at the China Chemical New Materials (Liaocheng) Industrial Park. The company is part of Luxi Group, a subsidiary of Sinochem Holdings Co., Ltd. With the support of Sinochem’s research and development capabilities as well as its design expertise, it aims to establish a team specialized in chemical engineering construction within three years.

Back in the day, CNPC acquired Huanqiu; relying solely on its own strength, it has now created a world-class EPC engineering company. CNOOC acquired Harbour, but unfortunately the group is too small and is still struggling to this day.
