On December 30, an announcement was issued for the tendering of the preliminary design for the green electricity-based hydrogen production project in the New Materials Industry Park of Lüliang Economic and Technological Development Zone, along with an announcement regarding the budget limit for this preliminary design tender. The tender announcement states that the green electricity-based hydrogen production project in the New Materials Industrial Park of Lüliang Economic and Technological Development Zone is located in said industrial park in Shanxi Province, with Lüliang Park Construction and Development Co., Ltd. serving as the tendering party. The net land area of the project is approximately 43,803.95 square meters, which is about 66 mu, with a total construction area of 8,748 square meters. Construct a production facility covering 3,072㎡, along with supporting facilities such as a hazardous waste storage area, a spare parts warehouse, an energy storage area, a power substation, a central control room, a laboratory building, an air compression nitrogen generation station, and a refrigeration station. Purchase 5 sets of 1,000 Nm³ ALK electrolyzers and 5 sets of 400 Nm³ AEM electrolyzers. Upon completion, this project will be able to produce 3,400 tons of hydrogen per year. Investment: 400 million yuan. The total bid control price for the preliminary design of the green electricity-based hydrogen production project in the New Materials Industry Park of Lüliang Economic and Technological Development Zone is 2.1 million yuan.
