Questions about carbon monoxide

I’m new to catalytic cracking, and I’m not sure whether the carbon monoxide produced by the burning of the regenerator burns in the presence of oxygen as an exothermic reaction – does it release a large amount of heat? Thank you
The combustion of carbon monoxide releases heat; this is part of junior high school chemistry, right? As for how much heat is released, one can look up the calorific value of carbon monoxide.
