Structural design of the tower area

In the distillation unit area of an organic silicon monomer project, there is a row of towers; the towers on the left are equipped with separate ladders and platforms, while those on the right are connected by platforms and frames, forming a single unit. Why was this design chosen by the same design firm? Why can’t all the towers on the left side be connected together?
Personally, I think it might be due to wind resistance; if they are connected, resonance can occur during shaking, which is dangerous
As can be seen from the diagram, the tower on the right side is relatively thin, belonging to the category of \"tall and slender towers\"; therefore, excessive deflection must be taken into consideration during its design.

Compared to typical petrochemical projects, polysilicon projects are not considered large-scale.
It’s likely that the tower on the right is too thin and too tall; it cannot be used as a freestanding structure, or it can be used but at a high cost； A stand-alone design should be simpler than a framed one, right?
