Help, how to calculate the hydrogen consumption?
Is the percentage the product? What does load refer to?
The product components are unclear; I don’t know what the letter codes mean. PS: The OP’s profile picture is beautiful; I came here just to see it
The problem isn’t clearly stated, and the overall situation isn’t visible either?
If the original poster is sincere and respects other sea travelers, they should take the time and effort to organize their questions and post them in a proper manner. Just by getting a picture from your phone, you think there are many forum members who would be willing to take the time to look at those blurry images before giving you a response? Be generous when helping others, and even more so when asking for their help.
For some hydrogenation reactions, I don’t know how to calculate things like BZ or the load; the conversion rate depends on the operating conditions
I’m sorry, I’ll be more careful next time! ! !
After conversion: HA hexane 10%, HE cyclohexene 30%, BZ benzene 60%. Conversion rate is 40%; load is 26 t/h; pressure is 5.0 MPA; temperature is 140°C
The conditions are still not met; in actual operation, fresh material and recycled material (the mixture after reaction) are likely to be mixed together. The proportion of each in this mixture is unclear, and if it is assumed that all is fresh material, the results will differ significantly.
Does this look like some kind of **device? ::lol:lol
Haha, right? **Will the device come along too?
