On August 29, the list of candidates shortlisted for the EPC general contracting project for the expansion of the wastewater treatment facility at China Coal Ordos Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. was made public. First place: Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd ； Bid price: 108.005904 million yuan ； Second place: Jiangsu Jingyuan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd ； Bid price: 146.5 million yuan ； Third place: Century Huayang Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd ； Bid price: 165 million yuan. The tender documents indicate that this project is an EPC turnkey contract for the expansion of the wastewater treatment facility at China Coal Ordos Energy Chemical Co., Ltd.; it involves the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 280 m³/h, along with associated facilities. The expansion project for the wastewater treatment facility at the Tuk site of China Coal Ordos Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. involves the construction of a new wastewater treatment unit with a capacity of 280 m3/h. The main components of this construction include wastewater pretreatment, biological treatment, advanced treatment, reclaimed water treatment, accident storage tanks, as well as various auxiliary facilities. The project is located in the Tuk industrial zone of the Sulihe Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 270 million yuan. China Coal Ordos Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Coal Energy Corporation Limited. With a total investment of 31.2 billion yuan, it has subsidiaries including Tuoke Chemical Branch, Wushenzhao Chemical Branch, Water Services Branch, New Energy Branch, China Coal Yuanxing Company, and a power generation company; it also holds a stake in China Coal Green Energy (Ordos) Company. It has the capacity to produce 2 million tons of large-particle urea per year, as well as 700,000 tons of polyethylene resin and polypropylene resin, 1 million tons of MTO-grade methanol, 750,000 tons of industrial methanol, 250,000 tons of liquefied natural gas, and 300,000 tons of by-products such as medium-temperature coal tar and crude phenol. Among them, the planning for the China Coal Tuoketuo Green and Low-Carbon Demonstration Park is based on the existing industries. Aiming to establish it as the \"key core area of the Ordos Modern Coal Chemical Industry Demonstration Base,\" it follows the principles of \"efficient co-production and clean, low-carbon operations\" to build an integrated network of \"coal, water, electricity, steam, and other auxiliary facilities.\" Two platforms for \"supply of basic materials and resource recycling\" are established, giving rise to three industrial systems: \"extending, complementing, and strengthening industrial chains, as well as coal-based chemicals combined with renewable energy to create coal-free clean energy.\" Additionally, three centers for \"technological innovation, smart management, and talent aggregation\" are created. With a total investment of 18.5 billion yuan, more than a dozen key projects, including those related to green coal-based chemical manufacturing, complementary new energy sources, and the expansion of existing chemical production chains, have already begun construction.
