On October 17, the signing ceremony for the EPC general contract of Shaanxi Xinghua Group Co., Ltd.’s project for relocation, upgrading, and transformation took place in Xi’an. This signing marks a continuation of the 20-year partnership between Saiding and Xinghua Group. From the joint construction of nitric acid production facilities with annual capacities of 100,000 tons, 270,000 tons, and 2×270,000 tons in the early years, to the current collaboration on projects involving nitric acid production facilities with an annual capacity of 2×360,000 tons as well as related upstream and downstream products, the two parties have evolved from engineering partners to strategic allies, forging a strong relationship based on shared technology, common goals, and mutual responsibility through their long-term cooperation. As a leader in the domestic fields of ammonium nitrate and new chemical materials, Xinghua Group’s project for relocation, upgrading, and transformation in a new location is of great significance. This project is not only a strategic move by the enterprise to optimize its industrial structure and achieve a green, low-carbon transformation, but it is also a key step in fulfilling the **\"dual carbon\" goals and responding to the Longyan Petroleum Group’s strategy of \"stabilizing oil production, increasing gas production, expanding coal operations, and developing chemical industries.\" Once completed, it will enhance Xinghua’s competitiveness in the field of high-end chemical materials, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of the chemical industry in Shaanxi and across the country.
