Tube, frozen, seeking help

The pipes outside in winter always freeze solid; it’s difficult to even bend them. Is there any solution? The biggest fear is using too much force and causing the tube to break, which would result in the liquid inside splashing onto one’s body. In most cases, the material of such tubes is of this kind; the liquid contained within them is often highly corrosive, including hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite. I’m not sure whether they are made of rubber or not. In any case, it’s best to find a good alternative method or material to replace them, thereby reducing safety risks. It is possible to choose pipes made with cold-resistant plasticizers, which would improve the situation
The valve is installed at the bottom of the tank, tilted at a certain angle to prevent liquid from accumulating
Or it could be a flexible connection with flanges
For those outside the building, just add a thermal insulation cover to the pipe
Use stainless steel pipes, along with insulation and heating.
Why not use a hard tube? When appropriate, PVC ones work just fine too~~
