Let me ask a question first! The original poster has been working in the urea production process for 9 years; have they encountered problems with blockages in the high-pressure cooling system? When we experience a significant reduction in flow here, it feels as though there is a blockage in the high-pressure cooling system; the synthesis pressure rises, and the temperature of the liquid coming out of the stripping tower exceeds 180 degrees. Is this situation related to a blockage in the gas-phase pipes of the high-pressure cooling system? In our facility, the gas-phase pipelines for Gaojia cooling systems suffer from high resistance due to their long length and numerous bends; these pipelines have been blocked for a long time. Is there any harm associated with this situation over time?

I have never encountered a situation where the high-pressure refrigerant lines were blocked; when such blockages occur, they need to be cleared promptly to prevent too few non-condensable components from reaching the synthesis tower, which could cause changes in the system. Under normal production conditions, as long as the heat retention is proper and the pressure in the low-pressure drum is within normal limits, blockage of the high-pressure ammonium methoxide condenser should not occur.
But this is exactly what happens here. According to the original poster’s view: if the air ducts of the high-pressure air conditioner are blocked and cannot be cleared, does that have an impact on the system?
