Seeking information on the process flow for liquid oxygen vaporization stations

Recently, I was assigned a design project for an liquid oxygen vaporization station. In this system, liquid oxygen is transported to the vaporization station in tankers, then fed into liquid oxygen tanks where it is vaporized for use by the facility. But I haven’t done this before; I hope someone experienced can share a process control flow diagram for reference. Thank you. :)

The liquid oxygen tank passes through a vaporizer and is depressurized by a pressure relief valve assembly before entering the workshop.
A vaporization station doesn’t seem to be very complex; the key equipment is the vaporizer. In fact, if one can obtain the air separation plant diagrams, it’s possible to take a look at the information related to the liquid oxygen unit in them
