How is lining a vertical cylindrical storage tank (installed on-site) carried out? What is the lining process?

I’m not very familiar with the process of lining steel tanks with plastic. I would like to ask the experts: can a vertical cylindrical tank with dimensions Φ5200X5200 (flat bottom and arch-shaped roof) be lined with plastic? If possible, how is this lining process carried out? I checked some information and found that rotational molding is the method to use, but aren’t vertical cylindrical storage tanks installed on site? How can they be molded using rotational molding then? I’d like to ask the experts~ What aspects should be taken into consideration regarding technical requirements? Are there any **or industry standards or something?
