Gurus, is there any highly viscous semi-solid that can remove the latex paint from the fine wood grain of solid wood floors?

I saw online that some people use sticky rice paste to remove stains from the wood grain of antique furniture; I tried it, but since its stickiness wasn’t enough it didn’t work. I have wooden-planked floors at home, and there are many stains in the fine grooves caused by painting, which can’t be removed. I want to use a semi-solid substance with even stronger stickiness than glutinous rice paste to stick them together.
I can only afford a concrete floor; a mop will do. Yours is too fancy
It’s impossible for them to stick together; it’s all a trick.
Why stick it together? Dirt will also get in, so it’s better not to use glue at all. . . .
