Does anyone have an electronic version of SYJ1016-82 \"Design Specifications for Vertical Cylindrical Welded Steel Oil Tanks\"? The old version will do. Thank you so much!

Thank you. I want the 1982 edition, as I am mainly looking up the allowable stress for A3F steel.
