Is it sufficient to install a manual valve on the inlet and outlet valves of the gas holder? Is it still necessary to install a manual valve and a quick-cut valve?

Does that specification or standard require the presence of a remote shut-off valve?
The codes for town gas design stipulate that shut-off devices with good closing performance should be installed at the inlet and outlet of low-pressure gas storage tanks, and water seal valves are also recommended. It does not mention whether it is set for remote control
