The materials stored in the factory warehouse release ammonia, which is then vented into the atmosphere through exhaust fans. The environmental protection authorities have prohibited such emissions, so please suggest a solution that meets the environmental emission standards.
The warehouse is equipped with exhaust ventilation, and the waste gases are treated through washing or adsorption using alkali; a small spray tower is sufficient for this purpose – a tower similar in function to those used for activated carbon adsorption. It’s necessary to calculate the volume to determine how many units to install; the warehouse has requirements regarding the number of air changes per hour

Add a water scrubber to draw the gas together into it; the dilute ammonia water produced at the bottom of the tower can be used if possible, but if not, then a ammonia decomposition unit should be installed – a reaction vessel that converts ammonia gas into N2 through a reaction with sodium hypochlorite.
