Is the poster sure this is the drainage system? It appears that the depth of the foundation pit is insufficient; the main pit should be at least 5 meters below the ground level. Looking at the road in the background, it’s clear that this drainage pit is above the ground level! It looks more like an illegal structure
For sure, it’s right in the middle of the road! Who would be that stupid as to build an illegal structure right there? I’m not sure either why it’s so high above the road surface. It’s just that after it’s built, it’s under the road surface.
