What are the concepts of nominal accuracy and absolute accuracy? Could you explain them? By filter element, do you mean the filter cartridge?
The filtration principle is size exclusion; a filtration precision of 0.1 um means that dust particles smaller than 0.1 um cannot be filtered out, as the pores in the filtering material are only 0.1 um in size. What is 1.1um that you are referring to? !
The filter bags used in my company have a maximum filtration accuracy of 0.22 um, while the filter elements can achieve a precision of 0.01 um:dizzy:. That’s why I work in this field and keep learning from various forums*
