Does a 30m3 toluene storage tank come equipped with a nitrogen seal and a vent valve to keep the pressure inside the tank slightly above atmospheric pressure? What is an appropriate design pressure for such tanks, and are there any relevant standards or guidelines?
The pressure setting for the xylene storage tanks in our tank area is set at atmospheric pressure; it is not specified that it should be higher than atmospheric pressure
