It once again succeeded in switching to the production of such \"three-high\" polypropylene products, contributing to the company’s vigorous development efforts. According to the technicians at the PP1 plant, this shift in production is based on the experience gained from the plant’s first trial production of \"high-performance\" polypropylene products. It represents further targeted adjustments, taking into account the production status, product properties, and application areas of such polypropylene products both domestically and internationally. The plant staff summarized previous production experience, and based on cost calculations for the “three additives” as well as comparisons of product quality, they used a new mixing ratio to produce polypropylene products with high strength, high toughness, and high heat resistance. To prevent fluctuations in the reaction, operators strictly control each reaction stage and optimize the reaction parameters, thereby achieving a smoother transition to the new product and a more stable production process, and ensuring a successful shift of the facility to produce the new product. Such products have high modulus and impact strength, and are typically used in automobile bumpers, as well as in folding packaging boxes and pallets in the home appliance logistics industry. By optimizing these operational parameters, not only was energy consumption reduced, but the performance of the products was also improved, which expanded their market reach and enhanced their economic viability.
